Cancelation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate you providing as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel your registration for a Homeschool Connect retreat. This allows us to offer the available space to another homeschool family on the waiting list.
Registration fees cannot be transferred to another retreat.
Here's a breakdown of our cancellation refund policy:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the start of the retreat: You will receive a full refund of the retreat cost minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations received between 30 days and 14 days prior to the start of the retreat: You will receive a 50% refund of the program cost.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the start of the retreat: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
Please note:
No refunds will be given if you leave a retreat early or arrive late.
Out of consideration for other families who may be waiting for a spot, we kindly ask that you commit to attending the entire retreat.
